WHAT TO EXPECT IN 2012 |
|
As the Carolina
Revolution Lacrosse Club
players continue to
evolve, so does the Club
itself. For 2012 we are
excited to change things
up a bit to reflect the
ability of our squads,
the growth of the game,
and some great requests
from parents and
supporters of our Club.
We'll continue to make
updates to this page to
highlight those changes
but we are happy to
outline some of them
now.
In 2012, we will be
fielding two new types
of teams with one being
a select team focused on
full field, 12 vs. 12,
regional tournaments and
the other on short field
7 vs. 7 local events. We
truly feel that this
will give our players
the best opportunities
to stay active, improve
their skills, and play
competitively while
still working around
their non-lacrosse
commitments. Both teams
will be very
competitive, and players
on both squads will be
expected to commit to
attending practices and
improving their skills.
To help foster
commitment to the
events, club fees will
be inclusive of all team
tournament appearances
as well as some exciting
non tournament events.
While this format is new
to our club, it is the
standard in the industry
and actually one of our
top requests from
parents.
Below are some of the
highlights from each of
the competitive squads
we will be fielding in
2012: |
